What foods should I munch through to gain more counterbalance and vitality to exercise?

Hey guys, I enjoy a problem, I'm rather skinny right very soon and I want to gain some cargo and for a time muscle couldn't hurt any. I'm 15 years feeble btw. So what foods should I put away to engender myself look average but righteous looking. Atleast close to Zack Efron from soaring conservatory musical. Or something close to that. What foods should I guzzle to gain more muscle and solidity and liveliness to exercise? Thanks
