Are in that foods that contradict fiber rich foods? See more info...?

I'm trying to increase my fiber to help eleviate some constipation issues, but I don't come across to be making any progress... are there foods that are contradicting my pains? Maybe I should be removing certain things from my diet to some extent than just trying to increase unmistaken foods.

Answers:    drink lots and lots of water!!coffee,liquid,soda etc.do not count as water!
put in pears with the coating,orange or grapefruit,papaya, and apples,adjectives fresh!
have merely real undamaged wheat bread and cereal-read the label.flax linen pip is good when you append it to yogurt.
