"Walk Away The Pounds" while pregnant?

I've be doing "Walk Away the Pounds" tape for in the order of 5 months (usually 3-4 miles a day). Last week I found out that I'm five weeks pregnant, and I want to keep hold of exercising. Has anyone used these tape while pregnant? How oodles miles a year did you do? Can I use these tape throughout my pregnancy?

I see my doctor subsequent Wednesday and I will ask him, but I be simply wondering if anyone stuck next to the tape while pregnant. I'm not trying to lose substance. I basically want to keep going moderate exercise and stay forceful. Winter is coming and I requirement an indoor, low-impact exercise to do.
