Hi there,
I'm purely wondering if maybe I am over doing it on the subject of exercise? People are moaning slightly at me, saying I'm doing too much and I obligation to be careful. This is what I do -->
Sunday, Monday and Wednesday - Run (in between 20-30 mins)
Tuesday and Friday - Martial Art for 2 hours respectively day (hard work!)
Thursday - This is my 'gym day' . I do more or less 45mins-1 hour total.
Saturday - day past its sell-by date.
I eat right, completely. 3 meal a day, usually consisting of special k for breaky, soup for lunch and a dinner of chicken and veggies / spaghetti bolognaise / turkey and rice etc. I've lost 6 pounds within 2 weeks. Drink loads of water and drink at least 5 a daylight. And my fitness is improving! My objective is to be extrememly fit so I can start playing football again.
Am I exercising too much? I don't really like taking days sour anymore, I still have a bit of solidity to lose and I feel great next to the weight I've lost already. Your inference greatly appreciated!
Answers: That sounds fine to me- well done and preserve up the good work!
The earth-shattering thing is to listen to your body- kind sure you are stretching every day, as otherwise you could be prone to injury. Stretching is the most influential prevantative method when doing lots of exercise.
Also make sure you are sleeping at tiniest 8 hours a night- your body needs time to recuperate. I would also recommend getting a full body massage once a month minimum.
If you seize any aches and pains pay attention, take it effortless and give your body time to get better. There is a fine line between pushing through the twinge barrier to get hold of fitter and doing yourself an injury that could put you out of action for a month!
Good luck!
