Shape up surrounded by 4 weeks? Is it possible?

Homecoming is in 4 weeks, and unsurprisingly I want to look my best. I'm contained by pretty honest shape but i would resembling to 'tweek' a few things. I want a flatter stomach and a firmer and rounder butt. So any ab/oblique/butt (toning) exercises would be much appreciated. Also, what can I add on or subtract from my diet to help out me carry out these goal?

its possible but you would own to work out every single morning for at lowest possible 4 hrs a year.

i use to work next to these two guys that be consently betting near respectively other. similar to stupid things for money, glory and bragging rights. okay, they be both working on this project that took 4-6 mo's to complete. Sounds similar to you mostly want to tone.

I would suggest getting one of those exercise ball. The huge round ones that you can literally sit on. Most of them come next to a pamplet for exercise technique and postitions on the orb. I haveone and love it! You can obtain yours at wal-mart or any sports store, a short time ago manufacture sure it have the anti-burst protection.

ok here are a few tips
you can't spot lose mass, it have to be an adjectives over thing
so up your cardio, and survey your diet.
Make sure you are drinking almost exclusively river.
Get some flax nut, crush it up and put it on your dinner.
Eat more habitually within smaller portions.

For ab exercises you own 3 areas to work on
Lower abs (leg lifts)
Upper abs (crunches)
Obliques (russian twists)

For your Glutes (aka your firmer, rounder butt)
Do Butt lifts
and Glute Kickbacks

So.
here is a moral routine

do 10 leg lift (do them slowly you will find better results)
plant your foot on the ground and erect into
10 butt lifts
slowly lower down and budge directly into
10 crunches move into position for russian twists
do 10 russian twists stand up transport a adjectives breath
seize onto adjectives fours and do 10 Glute kickback on respectively side

Repeat this sequence as plentiful times as you can.
Eat something beside lofty protein in it inside 30 minutes of finishing. Do this sequence every other daytime.

Also don't forget your cardio, at lowest 30 minutes a afternoon of moderate cardio amusement.
