I want to lose my belly stout so i can hold my abs show, I achieve to the gym M W F and start past its sell-by date by using the egg-shaped for 5 mins, i usually procure a mile out of that (I cant run on a treadmill due to a knees fluke 8 years ago). Then i use the triceps an biceps device, and also use a chest press mechanism. If someone could suggest a better routine that would be great, also i have need of some guidance on what to drink, I get through technically in good health but i'm contained by college and find myself drinking desperate at sometimes. thankfulness contained by advance
