LOSING 8lbs surrounded by a MONTH!!??/?

I MUST lose 8lbs in 1 month. What are some things to give a hand me lose wieght? By the passageway, I weigh 142lbs. PLeasee support me beside things to guzzle. what to guzzle and what NOT to put away. Thanks!!

You haven't said whether you are mannish or womanly. Your diet will depend on that as men want more calories than women. You also haven't said what increase and age you are because 142 pounds for a six foot entity is not hard to digest satisfactory.
