My suggestion would be to drink as much life fruit, vegetables and dairy as possible if you are within USA. There are so lots altered foods and junky hydrogenated things here that you really do not know what nutients you are getting. Americans are going through puberty at younger ages than ever and they are stopping thier growth at shorter height. I am guessing because of our poor diets. Cows are on hormonal drugs and antibiotics throughout thier lives to produce more milk and to remainn free from diseases that they may not even hold. We are ingesting adjectives of that! I dont want to panic you but if you want to be elevated, after stay life and drink everything in as natural/raw of a state as possible. No soda pop, hydrogentated foods or convenience munchies.
