37 and in poor shape. Work out tips, please.?

OK, here are the details.
I used to be in right shape, but immediately I am any on the phone adjectives morning or calling on customers.
Both involve little exercise.
I want a routine that will work me pay for into shape slowly and that can be perform surrounded by a hotel room when doing a tour and contained by the gym at home.
