Losing freight during Ramadan - exercise and ingestion customs?

ok permit me start by clich¨¦, I hold have an ingestion disorder earlier and my body have be on starvation mode beforehand as okay; so I wana trade name sure during this month of Ramadan I can lose cargo healthily and somehow verbs my exercise routine.
My gym calendar be Mon-Sat: 3days weights 3days cardio alternatively and rest on sundays.
Recently i changed it and started doing mon and fri for lifting weights and the rest of the days cardio so i can lose more oil and still filch sundays sour. (My cardio is any pace up mound on a treadmill or egg-shaped trainer 30,45or60minutes)
But in a minute surrounded by ramadan what is the best I can hang on to up near my routine? I used to progress to the gym precipitate morning but it'd be a lil complicated immediately. So should I do my cardio beforehand i break my swift? and simply chomp through soup first, consequently hold a moderate banquet and another one subsequentlyby the side of. I am really stout, I drink lots of wet and im a lacto-vegetarian.
