I am currently a senior in glorious school along beside my best friend. We have be best friends our entire lives. She 4'11" with a D cup bust and slight chubby. She weigh around 140 pounds and is somewhat of an athlete but not really. She has be struggling with losing mass and keeps on going on serious diets, but next gives up for a while. She seem to get demoralized when she isn't losing freight, but I personally don't reason she gives it plenty time. I have talk to her about it pretty often and enjoy influenced her in some path or another. The problem is her parents aren't much help to her and don't buy her much improved food and eat out plentifully. She tries to go to the gym 4 times week also. She lately lost 4 pounds over around a 3 week period but give up again. She still goes to the gym, but I don't see it have doing anything without fitting diet.
She doesn't want to talk to me roughly speaking it much because she says I am "perfect". How can I bring back her motivated? I am concerned for her and her hi
Answers: She's not going to lose the weight unless she requests to lose it. If she does want to lose it, explain to her its a process, its normal to touch discouraged if you put in the firm work for weeks and don't see the kind of results that you want.
Encourage her to munch through when she's hungry and stop when she's satisfied... also promote her to try to eat robust and to push herself during her work outs.
Good luck!
