Too much will constipate since they are nuts but they are also supposed to support near a headache. They are a well-mannered source of fiber, basically don't overdo.
They are not binding. They are chock full of fiber.
I don't know but they are an exalted source of manganese which help your bones involve calcium and some other nutrients. Also have Omega oil (although 3 or 6, I forget)

They would sustain to maintain you regular. Fiber retains marine, stimulates bowel contraction, and promotes regular bowel movements.
