Trying to start today. I dislike paying $5 bucks for a salad consisting of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato when lettuce is at most $1 a leader.
I did lose in the order of 30 pounds on Atkins.
Does anyone enjoy any suggestions on what I should hold for lunch base on the above?

4. You own to start planning. No diet is going to work unless you plan your lunches every time. I thought a Smart One from cargo watchers near a life-size cup of rime tea or sea would be a great diet plan, but you own to gamble away the time to step purchase it, put it contained by the microwave and consequently munch through it.
