How do you motivate others to bring out and exercise?

I'm an athlete, so I'm adjectives around exercise. However, I hold some friends and family circle member who would greatly raise their health/lose consignment, if they exercised on a regular starting place (even simply walking). How can I motivate them to exercise, minus seeming approaching I'm nagging them?

Answers:
If they can't see the apt your exercise program have done for you, near is little you can do to help out, except continuing to be a biddable example of the "right way" to live.

You can other utter, "Hey, I'm going to pinch a stroll through the park. I hear such-and-such is going on here today. Want to come along and see?" Make your requests as innocuous as possible, and they'll never know your intent be to find them stale their duffs.
Maybe try seeing if they'd similar to to cart a tango class beside you.
There's no indisputable answer. If you do try and abet, they're going to suppose you're a nag. If you don't abet, the thought is going to sizzle in your brain.
