Would I own an average robustness if I smoke & exercise?

I've be a regular smoker within the later 15 years. With something like 2 pause of a year respectively. Still, I am competent to run around 3 miles 3 times a week and hoof it same amount 2 times a week. Keeping aside "anti-cigarrette" propaganda: will I maintain myself as a robust being?. So far, no elevated blood pressure symptoms, nor over-weight, nor anything...

No.. it's honourable to know that you're keeping yourself in shape though. Most smokers (regular or not) for more afterwards 15 yrs. start to lose motivation and purely mope around adjectives daytime. It's well brought-up to know you're individual alive, but that doesn't prevent anything cigarettes are doing to you from inside of you. It's not approaching running can exterminate past its sell-by date anything that's building up on your lungs already. To be on the channel of a well again human being, you would enjoy to quit completely. Breaks within between wont do it. But even next it's not guaranteed the most healthiest surrounded by the world. If you consider lung cancer average, yes.
no u will enjoy lung problem if u hang on to on smoking, smoking increases the risk of lung disease. it give u impossible breath and u will own nicotine in ur body. smoking is not hygienic, try to quit, that'll amke you fell better
