Which is better to do? I enjoy read surrounded by books and hear some speak that it is better for fitness and your body to not do duplicate exercise everyday. That you do strength training in the future and arobic exercise the subsequent and after put a bet on to the strength training on the following morning to afford your muclses time to stritch and next alleviate. Or if you don't do arobic but not to do a undamaged body work out everyday, to do upper body later subsequent hours of daylight do lower body and put a bet on and forth similar to that.
But some say aloud put your foot every morning or do a total body workout every hours of daylight. Which is best. And please don't enunciate " anything works best for you". I am asking for what you regard works best for you. So please enlighten me which and why ( if you know)

If you are working out to condition or to mantain your condition, you can do duplicate every time. This is polite to train your muscles to execute better next to cardio.
If you are target a definite group of muscles or want to develop more, alternate exercises and muscle groups. Why? i prefer alternating, especially if I work out legs sooner or later and put more focus on arms the subsequent. That road the legs draw from some rest but I am still getting some work out done.
