I'm 5,5 and immensity 165lbs on a 15% around body podgy I want to gain 10lbs more of muscle & drop to at least possible 8% body curvy can I bowflex do the trick B/C my up to date opening is gonna hold away from the gym more repeatedly, & I don't want to lose the little I own already gain, ancestors hold told me that adjectives you draw from from a BOWFLEX is a perfect cardio sculpt workout and I'm not at that point but I still want to join more mass.

Bowflex is a righteous home gym gadget. I own have one for a couple of years. It will tolerate you do more exercises than you can do near any other single piece of equipment. If you workout next to alike intensity as beside weights, you should win similar results.

There are some downsides, depending on your point of scenery. It does not own like peas in a pod motion virtues as counterbalance machines. The resistance is not linear. The company claims that "progressive resistance" is better but I feel i.e. because i.e. adjectives their equipment can do. The numbers on the Bowflex band do not equal pounds of resistance. Bigger numbers is more resistance but i.e. the singular correlation.

The resistance of even their top unit is not passable for some exercises similar to deadlifts, leg presses, or squats. I do not believe it can be set up for full squats.

All equipment have pluses and minuses and adjectives will single benefit you to the extent you use it.
