So how desperate is this?

im trying to lose 5 pounds. i walk approaching 20 mins a day and dont touch second-hand goods food. how bad is one fluffy beer a night? thats f adjectives right?


Answers:    beer is bad for you length .... if you wanna lose weight and be tough i think you should of late stay away from the alcohol ... you will probaly feel alot better something like yourself and body
You have to trade something for the calories within the beer. Either something you eat or next to more activity.

Running one mile burns roughly speaking 100 calories.

Walking burns less. But it's really more roughly speaking distance and current weight than time for calorie burn totals.
What does your 'gut' notify you?
BTW, Diet drinks are worse than regular ones.
There are other things to look at in this: Sugar, Carbs, Calories, ARTIFICIAL crap including coloring.....

no, however walking individual 20 minutes a day is not plenty, try going to the gym for a half hour
