what i needed to do be include a bowl of cerel beside my breakfast, some raison brand or some special k or cerrios (cant spell). will this mess up my diet? or stop me from losing immensity? casue i really want to lose give or take a few 4 pounds.
i hurry around 2 miles and after brisk meander another 2 miles, after to tone my thighs i stir for a 6 mile bike ride on a flat trail.
