I dislike my upper Arms I don't want them to bulk up i want slim arms I'm 5'6"134 lbs i'm not really fleshy

except for my stupid flabby arms. I have adjectives kinds of weights and exercise equipment, i lately don't know which to do to tone my arms. Do i do curls w/ 5 lb. weights or lift above my organizer? do i need to do it every light of day? How many reps?


Answers:    Women do not largely bulk up with exercise. They don't hold the hormones. You will get firmer results next to less bulk if you do more reps at a lower substance. Curls will help your biceps. Holding the substance straight up above your shoulder, lowering it backwards to behind your shoulder will support the triceps. Start with a weightiness that you can do about ten reps short tiring completely out and work up from there.
