Does it business how brisk you hike within direct to lose mass?

Considering I watch what I get through and calorie intake- can I lose weight if I hoof it 3 miles an hour for an hour?


Answers:    Im a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer! Yes you can lose weight no event how fast you tramp.
Look at it this way, if you walk 1 mile at a rate of 6mph or if you walked 2 miles at 3mph, you would be getting indistinguishable exercise. The reason for this is, that DURATION(time spent on exercise)/ INTENSITY(how complex you worked) ratio. The 1mile at 6mph has low duration but glorious intensity. The 2miles at 3mph, has Low intensity but dignified duration....hope you understand what im proverb. This is the truth...if your intensity is high it make up for your duration; if your duration is high it make up for your intensity.
SO say sometime you dont have a great deal of time to do your exercise as far as you usually do. Then only waddle 1.5 miles and increase the speed to 6mph or as fast is you can stir without running or jog! I hope this helps=) good luck hold on to up the hard work!

Oh by the process dont listen to the guy up top that says "IF YOU GO ANY SLOWER IT'S NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING" That is a false statement! any movement is righteous for your body, but like i said if the movements arent unbelievably fast and your taking you time after make the distance somewhat longer=)
3 mph is the perfect speed
any smaller quantity does nothing.
