I weigh 145, 5'8, and 16 years elderly...
I want to hold a nice easier said than done tummy and nice butt...
Any diets or exercises recommended?

eat thriving and run. running is the solution to any substance issue. trust me i run cross country
lift weights and run... munch through right.. resourcefully doesn't apply to me but anyway, suppose to devour right.
try have an avocado for breakfast it really help next to any diet. because of it's soaring stout content you won't be hungry and produce fruitless choices durring the year. one avocado is just about 300 calories. for lunch i'd recomend a nonfat yogurt near fresh berrys or any other type of fruit. consequently 20 almonds as a snack. for dinner try making an omlete next to lowfat cheese beside lean ham/turkey and salsa on top, lots of protien but low carb! :)
Would a cargo loss of ten pounds be observable on me??
