Why does the freight loss program discourage exercise?

I'm on this freight loss program and they voice not to exercise too much since I'm merely drinking 1200 calories. why do they discourage much needed exercise? Isn't it fit?

Answers:
they read out a body wishes 900 calories (minimum) to function properly. if you are burning more than 300 calories in exercise, in that's your origin...

i would suggest you increase your caloric intake by how much you plan to burn bad (on the treadmill/elliptical/whatever)

consult your trainer and detail them that you want to lose shipment but you also want to be fit. compensate next to food what you lose contained by the gym!

GOOD LUCK
Yes it's severely momentous to exercise when trying to lose weightiness. One can not get done any remaining results beside diet alone. I resembling the 1200 calories a morning but your body will summarily style to that and mass loss will slow dramatically in need 30 to 40 minutes of exercise.
maybe your caloric intake is too low to fuel exercise. every diet plan I've read includes intake ably and exercising every year. how much is too much? amble at most minuscule 30 minutes every afternoon.
It is fighting fit to exercise. But, you should probably consult your doctor
Because if you exercise after you would lose counterweight...afterwards you wouldn't necessitate to tender them your money! You can't buy a shrunken body...you hold to work for it. Good Luck
Is the program you are on monitored by a doctor? If not, speak to your doc give or take a few taking in that few calories (that's borderline starvation).

Chances are the program doesn't promote exercise is because it is so low cal that the body cannot afford to burn the extra calories because it's almost not taking in satisfactory 'fuel' to get something done each day functions anyway.

You've get to nurture your body, to be capable of work it...up your cals to 1500 and consequently you can workout several days a week (I shoot for at lowest 1 hour a daytime, at smallest 5 days a week).
