Okay very well, here is my diet plan.
I drink a bowl of honey nut cheerios within the morning.
next i put away give or take a few 100 calories at lunch.
next approaching i come home and hold another bowl of honey nut cheerios.
afterwards put away around 5-6 dinner and close to its in the order of 350 calories.

*in rider enjoy lots of sea.

also run close to 1-2 miles everyday.
Do you presume it would work!?
