I'm ten years prehistoric and 112 pounds. should i move about on a diet?

i am ten and i ponder its ailing to be 112 lbs. i am kinda large but also 5 ft 5 1/2. i am a dancer but since my body is so used to dance, i dont really lose any shipment at adjectives even when i own the 3 or 4 week intensives. the simply time i own lost cargo not long is 6 months ago when i get valid sick. i dropped 10 lbs. i needed to stay close to that but my mom said thats existing poorly. what should i do?

kayla agree to me make clear to u something i be 115 pounds when i be 11 and adjectives i did be become more and more alive..i stopped consumption things beside lots of carbs...resembling chips, bread, and pasta.also no soda unless diet.immediately i am 18.and weigh 130...i regard as that dieting is the worst entry to do to ur body..
Learn exotic dance? Your body dose swot up different moves and dose them more proficiently but you still burn calories. Stop drinking soda and stick to hose.
