Exercising and calories and heart rate counterbalance and muscles ?

well i give birth 5 months ago I am breast feed.i gain 20 extra unwanted pouds.I exersise dayly doing at lowest 30min to 60 min on my cross trainer.plus aditional exersise on my bubble andstrechs and walk. I still weigh 140pds for 5ft2 i am 24 years older . yes i concentration the difference contained by tightness contained by my skin.iknow it take time but i would resembling to take how the boddy works.and what 2 expect?
