3. You've a bike? Go biking next for 3-4 times per week for at most minuscule 30 mins per session!
4. Walking/running/jogging round your house compound for at lowest possible 30 mins per session, 3-4 times per week. I must stress that at hand's no call for to quality embarassed in the order of running/walking/jogging in the interested (on the streets, within the park, within the neighborhood). Heaps of ethnic group do that..
Hey, exercise is to add to your condition. You shouldn't be bothered by what other folks consider in the region of you!!..
You can do jump jacks, burpees, squat thrusts, spring rope, run within place. All these can be done contained by a living room next to your AC and music.
As far as cardio go, you can run around the house approaching an idiot until you take a righteous sweat going, I do that myself sometimes, it's amazingly liberating.
