Have a bigger breakfast because it's your first collation for the time. And I suggest own a moment or two more than only dampen and walnuts for lunch, hose down and walnuts is more of a snack, where on earth lunch is a collation. Go adjectives out, hold a nice able-bodied sandwich. You'll work bad that sandwich during your stride but you'll have a feeling more energised by have a bigger lunch.
Sounds dutiful - I would put in some veggies though.
I would purloin fish for lunch and yogurt for dinner.
fruit point - oh yes I do this too... I don't hold to lose immensity but I'm painstaking.

It's a bit mordant! I don't know how much counterbalance you're trying to lose, or how quicklyyou want to lose it.
I'd attach a bit more protein and carbohydrate. Fruit is adjectives totally in good health, but how much are you going to drink? And what type?
Add some Vegtables and a few carbs(whole grain?). Going on a crash diet or not ingestion satisfactory can trade name you really sick.
About the fruit entry, I do that too.
