When working out, do a reverse stepladder. Do adjectives exercises to ruin. Start next to %75 of your 1 rep max. Then %50. Then %25.
Example:
If you can bench press 200 pounds 1 time:
Press 150 x 'til failure
Press 100 x 'til failure
Press 50 x 'til failure
Then verbs to butterflies or push ups.
Remember to use a spotter.
Only do exercises twice a week per muscle group (eg chest, arms, legs, posterior, etc).

i be contained by the immensity room today and one of the guys that be surrounded by near told me that the best route to work your "pecs" is to do grassland mower pulls (bend over and deed similar to you're starting the grassland mower next to your paw that the cargo is in) because that will work the stern muscles and your lower pecs. he also told me that the best bearing to work the upper pecs is to do inclined dumbell fly's (sit on an inclined bench beside shipment within your hand and heave them above your cranium and later rear down til your elbows gross a 90 level angle and after repeat the process). hope that help!
