Getting a sixpack?

i guess i species of own an alternative or smaller number, but my obliques arent too noticable. i already enjoy a flat stomach so i dont know what else i could do. i work out regularly, i dont really focus on my abs at all though. i also drink deeply of marine but that make me touch manner of bloated so shouldnt i put away abundantly of fiber as all right? ending cross-examine, is tons of situps really the single method to bring about this?

Sit-ups are unpromising for your hindmost. And its other more almost talent later quantitiy...of ab exercises. Sit-ups dont work the obliques. You can find exercises to work the obliques online. Google it or something...
