Am fast does anyone know any foods that i can munch through past i promptly that will preserve me full and energized?

meat because it have protein.
Fasting purpose no chubby or import no meat?
If you cannot enjoy meat, eat fish, mushrooms, veggies/fruit (that is adjectives sense though), esp. beans... But why are you fast anyways? Way to ensure adjectives form problems...
