I would class myself as skinny/athletic build beside muscle. However i would resembling larger arms, i find the more i do the weights i merely gain muscle on the biceps and my muscles don't take wider.. my arms stays skinny and muscly.
I be wondering how i could find more podgy on my arms so when i build muscle it would thieve the shape of the arm and expand. Is that possible? are in that any other methods of attainment muscle on my arms so they enjoy a larger mass?
