Nutrition for a picky eater?

I'm a 20 year old mannish and I'm a very picky eater. I am not oil however I am not extremely kinny, I have some stomach cooking oil and things that I want to tighten and tone to get a six pack and some actual muscle definition. What kind of food does someone recommend for a picky eater to eat in good health? Right now I chomp through most meat except fish, hardly any fruits or vegetables, and I resembling a lot of cast-offs food like most populace. Thanks


Answers:    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

i think u want to organize the timing that u get through and the amount that u eat at one time u must not stick near the calories intake for the day which is around 2000 for an adult , but middle-of-the-road guys always don't put away that much calories per day anyway try to minimize ur intake of food to 1500 calories per light of day and workout to gain muscles and lose some of the fat around ur waist that i know it is intricate to lose it in a jiffy it really need some workout and specially crunches and setups to tone and firm the abdominal nouns . try to eat oats surrounded by breakfast with skimmed milk and sweeten beside raisen and curb food go next to a lot of the fresh vegetable and fruits when ever u get through late at the evening .
