I lost going on for 10 lbs. My doctor put me on a cleanse of sorts. I ate lone fish,chicken, turkey, adjectives veggies except potatoes, adjectives nuts. I could drink as much of it as I needed. I did this for two weeks and consequently lost that weightiness! Then I added adjectives fruit for two weeks, later I added beans and soy for two weeks, afterwards added a crumb a week after that. I never added contained by dairy or anything resembling that and I lost adjectives my counterweight after that over the time of year of a year. It be despicable frozen but I feel so great!
