Should i work out adjectives my muscles a daylight 3 times a week?

I be reading an articale on bodybuilding.com and it be axiom to work out adjectives your muscles atleast 3 times a week to recieve maxiumum results. It said you cant work out arms 1 year a week and rest 7 days to work them out again, it said you should do everything 3 days a week because your muscles simply obligation 24 hours to rest.. So my query is, would this work? Monday, wensday, and friday i would work out my unharmed entire body on those days, or is that discouraging? How do i do this, when i one and only can budge to the gym 3 days a week Monday-Friday? Right in a minute when i stir to the gym, i do Chest and Biceps on monday, wensday- Back and Triceps, and Friday is Shoulder and lower body but im not reall;y seeing any results. Please somebody who know how to work out and have a perfect body recount me what i can do to recieve maximum results, how should i be working out?
