How much mass can i expect to lose?
ok I am womanly..230lbs ( yes i despise to make a clean breast it) and i am 5 foot 8 surrounded by... I enjoy put myself on a 1200 calorie a afternoon diet . I am also going to the gym and working out 1 hour a afternoon . 4-5 times a week. Can someone impart me a ballpark integer on how much I can lose?
also i dont know why.. but the merely place i am cooking oil is my belly.. i dont gain anywhere else
my butt is little, my arms are little, my legs are little... why is it only just my belly get bigger
