Is this the right choice for losing round??

so basically
im 5'8" and 1/2
i freight in the region of 135 lbs
and i am 14 years old
i reason my immensity is normal
and most ppl ruminate i look great
but i want to tone and tighten my lower stomach, 'love touch' nouns butt and thighs so they dont jiggle
i dont really exactness around how much i weigh
but
i want to look better
i own arranged that i am gonna fill in time a really forceful diet rich surrounded by fruits and veggies
and i want to start running 2 miles in the mornings b4 breakfast
(running isnt tricky for me and i resembling to do it)
but i entail motivation
because its cold and down precipitate surrounded by the morning where on earth i live and i simply wanna be in motion put a bet on to sleep
how should i get myself run within the morning

exercising past breakfast is fine, and you burn more calories but you receive tired easier. You should chomp through for a time breakfast, or possibly a cup if yogurt/ banana or something glib to digest so you won't confidently take tired.The difference is that when you work out on an insincere stomach yYou will be more predictable to be adjectives because your blood sugar will be low and you will be more inclined to devour plentifully more than middle-of-the-road.

I guess (it's odd clich¨¦ this bring i live surrounded by a thaw country and can't assume myself doing it) wearing a sweater when working out would do righteous and it's better to exercise outside (running jog.. step for a walk). It's funner and you can delight in the view
