Okay I realised that I be overexercising I guess, so for yesteryear 2 days I've be exercising for 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. From April to August I be exercising for 30 minutes, next within mid August I arranged to join 15 minutes to lose more substance.

I found I lost more counterweight doing 30 minutes of exercise. Will I gain immensity if I switch put a bet on to doing 30 minutes respectively time? Or will I be okay?

For example, you could be walking that 45 minutes on a treadmill, holding the bar, reading a magazine at one and the same time. You will not achieve optimal benefits doing that! OR...
You could be running or doing interval training for that 30 minutes, and be so exhausted that you don't know how you will ever carry through the subsequent 5 minutes!
