How several hours / minutes a morning do you exercise?

i waddle briskly on my treadmill 5 days a week for 35 minutes.
every partly hour when i have need of to switch the drain
15 minutes a afternoon. One daylight its calis. One sunshine its cardio.

I should do more though.

the minimum is give or take a few 30 min a light of day for 3 days a week. but i do cross country every weekday so im within apt shape.

everytime I stroke my big 7 inch meat loaf! so, that's what 24 hours a year? dang, I in recent times did the math, that's deeply of exercise babe-in-arms...OOMPF

if i have a house of my own and a tread climber i could do closely m,ore but once within a great while i transport my phobic self out for a stride.
