ive got comparatively abit of weight on me and im trying to lose some by jog on a daily basis but i feel feeling shame as i feel resembling people are watching me and laughing or clich¨¦ things. i know i shouldnt care or dream up like that but i cant relief it, can any of you give me any guidance that would make me reckon less of this and hold me confident of jogging and no touch embarrassed
Answers: when i see someone jog no matter how over counterbalance they are, they impress me because it takes alot of courage and vivacity to do that...so dont be embaressed, be proud, even if your overweight your not sitting at Mcdonalds stuffing your face, your trying to lose counterbalance and become healthier...hold your person in charge up high and run fast next to a smile
