well im puttin on muscle, and i wiegh 156, im tryin to lose wieght but i also want to gain the muscle so what should i focus on first, losing hte wieght or attainment hte muscle.. i dont mena similar to 20 pounds or wieght loss, perchance 10.. 15 tops
