basketball tryouts are in 8 weeks and I have need of some lend a hand. I'm terribly ailing. I've be riding a stationary bike 30 minutes a hours of daylight for 4-5 days a week for in the order of 3 weeks. It doesn't come across close to its helping. I'm 6'0 ft. 212 lbs. i inevitability to lose nearly 20-25 lbs if not I ain't making the squad. If your not contained by shape the coach won't pick u up. What else should I do.
