1pm- nutrition snack stick (120 cal)
3:30pm- 3 slices of delli chicken breast and one apple and one ginger (200 cal)
what do you have a sneaking suspicion that? is it nutritious? i'll drink in the region of 800 calories at around 6:30. what do you focus?

Nature dale Granola bar are LOADED near sugar. Sure they've get oats, which are hygienic, but the amount of sugar is definitely not.
And are you adage your total caloric intake for the daytime will be 800, or are you axiom you plan to enjoy an 800 calorie dinner added to the above? Because if it's the former, I hope you're aware that keeping your calories below 1200 a morning can put your body into "starvation mode" making it cling to every calorie, lowering your metabolism, etc.
yeah it is relatively athletic. your calorie intake is pretty nomal and I assume that you probably have need of to munch through some more fruits and vegatables.
Why do you want anyone to explain to you what they chew over going on for your diet ? i would be interested in knowing what you imagine. Healthy is instrument more than what you guzzle. It's also what you have an idea that around your self. You enjoy little self esteem. Get some somewhere. It doesn't come contained by granola bar.
