14 year out-of-date losing substance?

I'm 14, 5'4 and I weigh possibly for a moment over 130. I want to lose 10-15 pounds. I dont hold a time frame contained by which I want to do this I of late want to take it done. I dont snack much throughout the year any. What are some things I could devolution to lose 10-15 pounds? Thanks!
