Belly fat?

I've self actively exercising for times gone by 3 months (running, swimming, gym, cardio-exercises) and dieting (no behind time dark suppers, minor carbo intake).. but why aren't my belly fat disappearing??

especially those love handle.. no issue what exercises i do.. even running long distances(15-20km) doesn't really back...

planning anyone?
