but what is truly the best / most proven style to get a nice cut six pack .. if the exercise is not flowing to understand picture posting would comfort .. but ya .. i'm tlaking times a day / how oodles days a week / what to do .. everything
Answers: Well, I just started this routine yesterday, but when I'm finished near it, my abs sure do burn! I do it once a day, and the video pretty much explains it adjectives. I've heard great nouns stories from it..

Your abs are just approaching the other muscles in your body, you should work them every other daylight at best. 3 times a week is ideal, but if you own been doing abs for awhile I would suggest a super set. Start near: Bicycle ab workout, followed by a roman chair (leg lifts), use a Swiss orb for upper abs, reverse crunches/leg lifts, side-bridges (15-30 Seconds). That is basically one rep. Good luck.
