Overate...?

what should I do? I overate similar to three night contained by a row... I know that tomorrow at university, I'm going to be fatter. Is nearby anything at adjectives I can do right very soon to form things better? Or is it too postponed...?

First, please mark out "Over Eating". If you penny-pinching "I ate so much my gut hurts", after you over ate. If, however, you be a sign of something resembling "I ate three mouthfuls of chicken, instead of merely two" -- afterwards I have a sneaking suspicion that you may own a problem. Because of you comment going on for knowing that you will be "fatter" tommorrow, I KNOW you enjoy a problem. I don't know your eating/exercise conduct, but here's some guidance for you anyway:

Stay away from the fast-food places and start doing things resembling going for walk. Ride a bike to conservatory. If you really, truly want to enjoy an in-between-meals snack, get through an apple or grapes or an ginger, or even a carrot or two. Drink WATER, instead of soda pop. Do NOT chomp through anything inside three hours of going to bed; your body does not process the nutrients in food while you sleep, just the carbohydrates (which afterwards turn into fat). It isn't other how much you put away, but WHAT you drink that matter -- and it works the other opening 'round, too.

Above adjectives, stop obsess nearly your freight and start taking watchfulness of your overall HEALTH! I saw an Italian "super model" on TV ultimate month -- she be so shrunken she looked similar to a skeleton; she would enjoy fit right contained by at Auschwitz!
