I inevitability to lose 60lb to be my 'just right weight' (in BMI terms) what do i do??

my mum and i both decided to check our BMI's, we both know we were over immensity but we discovered that we are 'obese'. i have other promised myself i'll lose weight but consequently give up on the diet and excorsize...this time i'm serious, i want to lose this counterweight by july / august time, has anyone get any tips or sure fire ways i can do it. i dont eat second-hand goods, or big portions and i do 30 minutes of decent excersize a morning so i dont understand why i dont lose it.HELP ME PLEASE !


Answers:    I'm sure you own heard this until that time, but its not a diet, its a lifestyle change. The best entry that I have ever done be to cut my carb intake. I have a nought carb protein shake for breakfast(Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla is good), a grilled chicken salad for lunch, and apple or banana with somewhat bit of peanut butter for a snack, and a small portion of lean meat, chicken, turkey or fish and a fresh veggie for dinner. I dont eat anything after dinner, and sip on a cup of tea to backing fight of cravings for dessert. I enjoy less next 10g of carbs per day.

My verve level have gone from 0 to 100 in a business of months, and I have lost over 70 lbs since September. I budge to the gym or do cardio for at least an hour everyday.

And most key, drink alot of water, at lowest 64 oz a day to keep hold of yourself hydrated and flush all the unpromising toxins from your body!
