Good Weight Loss Plan?

Im 16 years old, weigh 135 pounds, 5 foot 6 inches, and im not-toned, at all, my stomach looks hefty!

Is this a good plan?

Breakfast - 1 banana

Snack - 10 strawberries
2 bananas

Snack - 2 kiwis
20 grapes

Lunch - Pulses "Dal" (without oil)
25g green beans
1 fern lettuce

Snack - 10 Strawberries
1 green tea

Dinner - 1 roasted chicken breast
2 cups tomato soup (unsalted)

Snack - 1 green tea

8-10 GLASSES OF WATER...NO SODA

Is this enough? I power stroll for 45 min 1 hour after lunch every day, and heave weights every 2nd day.

I be 145 pounds 3 weeks ago, and now i am 135 pounds. Any counsel? Extra?

Answers:    Fruits are good for you, but they contain more sugar than vegetables. You should guzzle more vegetables to get more fiber. plus some vegetables are unenthusiastic calorie foods meaning that it take your body more energy and calories to digest the food than it the food brings surrounded by. Good job on the counterbalance loss though!
looks like you are overloaded within fruits - need more veggies
