Hey guys! Im 13 ,41kg at 155 cm (i thnk?) Ands it nearly summer i realllllly want to lose weight? Especially on my Top partially without that bulky look! And is it possible if you could update me a exercise or something that will strengthen my arms, It'd be appreciated, Thanks Alot


Answers:    ok here it goes. you can heave a small wieght in a bench press... small satisfactory where you can do seriously of them and that will burn fat. Or you can do the overhead foot clapwith your hands and arms extended angle your arms up over your head repeatedly until you cant do anymore....pocket a break ....then open again. do sets of 20 or 30 to start off... trust me you will quality the burn.

I would just similar to to say that 41kg for a being standing at 155cm is actually below the 'normal' range of substance. So i think that it is not really requisite (or maybe not even so healthy) for you to be loosing counterbalance.
